What is 21 days of prayer?
A spiritual focus period that invites members into deeper connection with God through daily prayer, scripture, and fasting.
OUR JANUARY 2026 SERIES:

Anchor Passage (all 21 days): Ephesians 3:14–21
Series Rhythm:
- Week 1 (Days 1–7): The Father Who Names Us — belonging, identity, family
- Week 2 (Days 8–14): Strengthened From the Inside Out — inner renewal, love, abiding
- Week 3 (Days 15–21): The God Who Is Able — power, boldness, surrender, glory

WEEK 1 — THE FATHER WHO NAMES US
(Days 1–7) Belonging, identity, family, God as Provider and Defender
Weekly Prayer: “Father, name us and gather us.”
Day 1 — Father, We Come Home
Scripture: Luke 15:17–24
Focus: Prayer begins with returning.
Pray This:
- Father, I come home—no speeches, no pretending, no earning.
- Restore what shame has stolen.
- Teach me to live as a son/daughter, not an orphan.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Father, bring prodigals home—people in our church and families.
Day 2 — The Father Who Names Families
Scripture: Ephesians 3:14–15
Focus: God gives identity and belonging.
Pray This:
- Father, You are the source of my life and my name.
- Break false names: failure, forgotten, anxious, unclean, unwanted.
- Give me courage to live from Your voice.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Father, make our church a healing family.
Day 3 — Father of the Fatherless
Scripture: Psalm 68:4–6
Focus: God defends and places the lonely into families.
Pray This:
- Father, defend the vulnerable.
- Heal family wounds and generational pain.
- Make me safe for others: gentle, steady, faithful.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Father, bring restoration to broken homes and marriages.
Day 4 — God Renames Us
Scripture: Genesis 17:1–7
Focus: God’s naming creates purpose.
Pray This:

Father, speak identity over me that aligns with Your covenant.

Help me walk before You with integrity (not perfection, but surrender).

Give me faith for the future You’re forming.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Father, rename our city—let it be known for righteousness and mercy.
Day 5 — The Father Who Provides
Scripture: Matthew 6:9–13, 25–34
Focus: The Father knows what you need.
Pray This:
- Father, I trust You with provision.
- Forgive my worry and teach me daily dependence.
- Give me contentment and generosity.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Provide work, stability, and peace for families under pressure.
Day 6 — The Father Who Defends
Scripture: Psalm 46
Focus: God is a refuge and strength.
Pray This:
- Father, be my refuge in anxiety, conflict, and fear.
- Make me courageous, not reactive.
- Silence chaos within me with Your presence.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Defend our church from division and spiritual attack.
Day 7 — Expectation Without Entitlement
Scripture: Hebrews 4:14–16
Focus: We come boldly because Jesus opened the way.
Pray This:
- Father, I approach with confidence because of Christ.
- Cleanse my motives and purify my desires.
- Teach me to ask big things for Your glory.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Father, let this next season be marked by Your nearness and power.
Week 2 – Strengthened FROM THE INSIDE OUT
(Days 8–14) Inner renewal, abiding, rooted in love, spiritual formation
Weekly Prayer: “Lord, strengthen us and root us in love.”
Day 8 — Strength in the Inner Person
Scripture: Ephesians 3:16
Focus: The Spirit strengthens where the world can’t reach.
Pray This:
- Spirit of God, strengthen my mind, emotions, and will.
- Give me resilience, not numbness.
- Restore what’s been depleted.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Strengthen leaders, parents, caregivers, and those carrying hidden burdens.
Day 9 — Abide
Scripture: John 15:1–8
Focus: Fruit comes from staying connected, not striving.
Pray This:
- Jesus, I choose abiding over hustle.
- Cut away what drains my soul.
- Make me fruitful in love, holiness, and witness.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Make our church fruitful—real disciples, real transformation.
Day 10 — Rooted and Grounded
Scripture: Psalm 1
Focus: Roots determine endurance.
Pray This:
- Lord, plant me by Your streams.
- Pull up the roots of bitterness, lust, pride, and fear.
- Grow deep faith in me.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Let families be rooted—kids and students anchored in Christ.
Day 11 — Love That Surpasses Knowledge
Scripture: Ephesians 3:17–19
Focus: We don’t just learn love—we live inside it.
Pray This:
- Jesus, dwell in my heart by faith.
- Heal my capacity to receive love.
- Teach me to love people I don’t naturally love.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Heal relationships in our church; make reconciliation normal.
Day 12 — Renewed Daily
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 4:16–18
Focus: God renews the inner self day by day.
Pray This:
- Lord, renew me where I’m tired.
- Help me see the unseen—eternal realities.
- Strengthen my hope beyond my circumstances.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Renew those battling depression, anxiety, grief, and burnout.
Day 13 — Create a Clean Heart
Scripture: Psalm 51:10–12
Focus: Purity is a gift we ask for.
Pray This:
- Father, create in me a clean heart.
- Restore joy, not just discipline.
- Give me a steadfast spirit.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Make our church a place of holiness without hiding.
Day 14 — Peace Guards the Heart
Scripture: Philippians 4:4–7
Focus: Prayer turns anxiety into peace.
Pray This:
- Lord, I bring You my anxieties specifically by name.
- Teach me gratitude as warfare.
- Guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Let peace be a testimony over our homes.
WEEK 3 — THE God who is able
(Days 15–21) Boldness, surrender, power, glory in the church
Weekly Prayer: “God, move through us for Your glory.”
Day 15 — He Is Able (Even If…)
Scripture: Daniel 3:16–18
Focus: Mature faith trusts God’s ability and submits to His wisdom.
Pray This:
- God, You are able to deliver.
- And even if You don’t deliver the way I want, I will worship You.
- Purify my faith from bargaining.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Give our church “even if” faith—steady, fearless, joyful.
Day 16 — Boldness Under Pressure
Scripture: Acts 4:23–31
Focus: The church prays for boldness, not comfort.
Pray This:
- Lord, make me bold in witness and obedience.
- Stretch my courage.
- Fill me with Your Spirit.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Shake our church with fresh fire and unity.
Day 17 — Your Word Will Not Return Empty
Scripture: Isaiah 55:8–11
Focus: God accomplishes what He purposes.
Pray This:
- Lord, I surrender my limited perspective.
- Accomplish Your purposes in me.
- Let Your Word bear fruit in our church.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Let Scripture reshape our culture more than opinion.
Day 18 — The Lord Our Banner
Scripture: Exodus 17:8–16
Focus: God fights for His people as they depend on Him.
Pray This:
- Lord, fight battles I can’t win in my own strength.
- Teach me to depend, not perform.
- Raise up intercessors in our house.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Victory over spiritual oppression, addiction, and generational trauma.
Day 19 — Above and Beyond
Scripture: Ephesians 3:20
Focus: God exceeds our imagination by His power.
Pray This:
- Father, increase my faith without inflating my ego.
- Do more than I can ask or imagine but do it Your way.
- Let Your power work within us.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Salvation, healing, reconciliation, holiness, and courage in our church.
Day 20 — Glory in the Church
Scripture: Ephesians 3:21; Matthew 5:14–16
Focus: God displays His glory through His people.
Pray This:
- Lord, make our church radiant with integrity and love.
- Let our city see good works and glorify the Father.
- Protect us from hypocrisy and spiritual pride.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Let our church become a lighthouse of hope and holiness.
Day 21 — Consecration and Commission
Scripture: Romans 12:1–2
Focus: Prayer and fasting lead to a surrendered life.
Pray This:
- Father, I offer myself—mind, body, future, and desires.
- Renew my mind and align my life with Your will.
- Send me with love and power into my world.
Above & Beyond Ask:
Launch our church into a new season of mission and maturity.
