LISTEN for the SOLUTION:
1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, 7 casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
Philippians 4:6-7 The Lord is at hand; 6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Rest in God!
1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called.
To move beyond depression/anxiety, we must first embrace belonging.
1-Through focus on what we have.
2-Through a wholeness mindset.
3-Through peace with God.
4-Through confidence with God.

Read the following phrases and discuss:
God will fight for you, Deuteronomy 1:29-30, Deuteronomy 3:22. We should be all right, then.
God will be with you, Deuteronomy 20:1-4. Right there in the middle of the battle against fear and whatever it is you are afraid of or worried about. You are not alone. Ever.
God goes with you. Deuteronomy 31:6-8. He is preparing the way for you as you trust Him.
God’s side is stronger than the other side, 2 Kings 6:16. So if you’re on His side, you’re in good shape.
The battle is God’s, not yours, 2 Chronicles 20:15. So why are you sweating it? He’s got this.
God will deliver you, 2 Chronicles 20:17. Stand firm, and see what He would do.
God will sustain you even when the fight seems to have impossibly unfair odds. Psalm 3:4-6.
God will comfort and protect you. Psalm 23:4.
God is your light and fortress, and you will not be left in the dark. Psalm 27:1-3. Psalm 34:4-8.
God is your strength even during scary things. Psalm 46:1-3.
God will rescue and ransom you. Psalm 55:16-18. He’s worth trusting with everything here on earth.
God is greater than the people we fear. Psalm 56:3-4.
God is your helper who sets you free. Psalm 118:5-8.
God is your song so sing for joy. Isaiah 12:2.
God will come to save you. Isaiah 35:3-4.
God will hold you up. Isaiah 41:10.
God will hold your hand. Isaiah 41:13.
God is your redeemer. Isaiah 43:1.
God has bought us for Himself, with the blood of Jesus.
God will take up your case. Lamentations 3:57-58.
God is mighty and delights in you. Zephaniah 3:16-17.
God has authority over everything. Matthew 8:25-27.
God values you, Matthew 10:29-31.
Think of who Jesus is. Is He adequate? Mark 4:40-41. Mark 5:36. Luke 2:9-11. John 14:27. Romans 8:15.
