Title: Process of Hearing God

· God is talking to you. There are many different methods that the Lord used to speak to his people:

Exodus 3 – He speaks to Moses through a burning bush.

Exodus 19:9 – Through a thick Cloud

1 Kings 19:12 – In a gentle Whisper

Joel 2:28, 1 Corinthians 12:1-11 – The Holy Spirit also communicates with people through dreams and visions.

 · John 10:27 – My Sheep hear my voice and I know them, and they follow me.

Here are some ways that we can hear the voice of the Lord:=

* Through his Word-

Timothy 3:16-17- All scripture is breathed out by God and Profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training Righteousness, that the man of God may be completelymethods equipped for every good work.

* Through Prayer-

Psalm 85:8- Let me hear what the Lord will Speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to his saints; but let them not turn back to folly.

* Through Godly Counsel –

Psalm 73:24- You Guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me to Glory.

Proverbs 11:14- Where there is no Guidance, a people fall, but in an abundance of Counselors there is Safety.

* Through Worship-

* Through Circumstances-

Genesis 50:20- You intended to harm me, But God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.

Romans 8:28- And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
